Finally, we’ll perform a Chrome Policy "Tune-Up," where you’ll build custom environments—from high-security "Test-Taking" zones to optimized "Gold Standard" student setups featuring forced ad-blockers and pinned school portals. You’ll walk away with a high-performance domain that is organized, automated, and distraction-free.

The "White-Hat" Mystery - Hack Your Own Domain (Before Someone Else Does)

They say the best defence is a good offence. This workshop invites you to put on your "white hat" and perform a deep-dive security audit of your own Google Workspace Admin Console. We’ll hunt for vulnerabilities in real time and fix them as we find them. It’s collaborative, it’s hands-on, and it’s the most productive health check your Google ecosystem will ever get.

We’ll kick off with a "Shadow IT" Hunt, where you’ll dive into your API controls to unmask and block high-risk third-party apps that have been quietly hitching a ride on your data. Next, we move to the Email Authentication Workshop, using live testing tools to kill phishing attempts and keep your school's mail out of the spam folder. Finally, we’ll build Drive Sharing "Fences," crafting granular policies that give staff the flexibility they need while locking down student sharing to prevent accidental data leaks. You’ll leave not just with knowledge, but with a battle-tested blueprint to fortify your entire Google ecosystem.
